RSF has achieved a decisive and historic victory today over the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), its terrorist battalions linked to the extremist Islamic Movement, and their mercenary allies in the Al-Faw axis of Gadarif State. This strategic operation dealt a catastrophic blow to the enemy, leaving more than 170 of their fighters dead and dozens more wounded. Our courageous soldiers decisively secured key villages, including 38, 35, 34, 33, and 27 in the Al-Faw locality in Gedarif State, cementing the RSF’s dominance in this critical region.

With unmatched precision and resilience, our forces captured an array of enemy assets, including 20 fully equipped Land Cruisers, seven large supply vehicles carrying weapons and ammunition, a T-55 tank, a Bucklin excavator, two dump trucks, and two advanced jamming devices. Under the relentless pressure of our advance, hundreds of enemy combatants abandoned their positions in panic, fleeing as our fighters pursued and secured the outskirts of Al-Faw, leaving no room for their regrouping or recovery.

Today’s victory in Al-Faw, alongside parallel triumphs in the Gezira and Zuruq regions of North Darfur State, vividly demonstrate the superior strength, discipline, and strategic capability of the RSF across multiple fronts. These operations expose the fragility and incompetence of the SAF and its terrorist allies, dismantling the fabrications they desperately weave to mask their failures.

The RSF remains resolute and unwavering in its mission to eradicate the oppressive and extremist former regime and annihilate the so-called “Port Sudan gang,” comprising the SAF, its jihadist allies from the terrorist Islamic Movement, and remnants of the corrupt former regime. Each victory we achieve brings us closer to building a united, just, democratic, and equitable Sudan, free from the chains of tyranny and exploitation.

Our commitment to a new Sudan — one founded on the principles of justice, equality, inclusivity, and unity — is unshakable. Every step forward, every sacrifice made by the RSF, reinforces our vision for a nation where each and every citizen is treated with fairness and dignity under one flag.
